Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá

The room is very good and the breakfast too. The reception staff was very helpful and nice. I would recommend it.

The breakfast was really good and location, sadly the hotel is a bit tired. The room ok ( although the floor uneven) the beds were terrible, I had to sleep on the floor because we have arrived very late and we thought all the beds were the same so what was the point of saying anything. In fact in Reception we were told they were but we found out the day after it was not the case.One of the beds was with a small curve on the mattress and the other one the spring would stick on your body

The location of this hotel is very good, close to the train station, but this hotel is relatively old, especially its bed is very uncomfortable, the breakfast is average.

The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day. The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast.
