Nice hotel,good view n yummy breakfast,clean room and nice CS service,will come back in the future

The SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window. The hotel itself was nicely done.

The service attitude is very good and the hotel is beautiful

Too bad hotel! I entered the room twice in the middle of the night, and when we locked the door, we swiped our card to come in twice. I woke up twice in my sleep, and I was so frightened that I didn't sleep well all night. A few days later, I didn't intend to look at the card swiping records, and found that the hotel had swiped 202 euros at one o'clock in the morning. If it hadn't been discovered, the money would have been lost. Ctrip didn't say anything, just make a wrong deduction and it's over.

Recently stayed two nights at Only You Boutique hotel in Madrid and will certainly be returning when our travels take us back to Madrid. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were made to feel welcome. On the first day, while checking in, we were offered a glass of cava and a hard candy. My girlfriend remarked how much she liked the candy. Upon returning to the hotel in the afternoon we found a handwritten note from the manager, along with a box of those candies. A very nice touch! This hotel is well located, within walking distance to all of the major sites of Madrid including Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park, Prado, and the Salamanca District. This is truly a boutique style hotel, with 5-star level amenities packed into a less than traditional, but exceptionally well put together hotel. Our room was on the smaller size, but had two walkout balconies overlooking the street. Room decor was what you would expect from a high-end boutique hotel. Services were great with a very active hotel bar and restaurant. Staff was always at the ready with a welcome back, great restaurant recommendation, or afternoon snack. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay at Only You Boutique Hotel.

We got a nice surprise upon arriving at this hotel. The decor at the front desk, around the elevators, and just on the ground floor in general, is just lovely. The actual room was small-ish, but very comfortable. We looked out into the street from a little balcony. The staff was helpful when we had a couple of issues (unrelated to the hotel).i would stay here again.

The hotel was located in a super area, walking distance to restaurants, shops and important places.

The design of the property was beautiful. There were a number of public spaces where guests could sit. Breakfast was served from 7am - 11pm!

This is a lovely hotel in a nice part of the city. Staff is great;; room was lovely (king).

After a rocky start (toilet didn’t flush) we were moved to nicer room, treated to excellent dinner (Francisco was super) and offered very late check-out, as we had a night flight. First class place. Lovely decor. Breakfast outstanding. Nice recovery, staff!

Property and hotel was fantastic. Room was very comfy and relaxing. If you are looking for a hotel to practice spanish, or where you want to travel to Spain but continue to use english, you can easily do that in this hotel.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and even helped me with my poor Spanish. My room was perfect for me as a solo traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

We adored this hotel! It’s breathtakingly beautiful, the staff were all so lovely and accommodating, the food was amazing, and there were a ton of thoughtful touches that made you feel right at home throughout the hotel. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Definitely a must for Madrid!

Best place in madrid for us we love this hotel and came again to stay here after 3 years and need to admit that it is still the same good place with great comfort and such a nice vibe!
