Great location but horrible service. Staff at the reception are not friendly or proactive. We had to ask for sheets and towels to be changed after 2 days, they agreed but only gave us new towels. There was no soap in the toilet either. It is a hostel so we didn’t have very high expectations, but these things should be better.

Staff members were nice and helpful. Private room and bathroom were clean and spacious. No air conditioning.

This hostel has the very ideal central location. However, the bunkbed isnt firm, the gap between 2 beds are low and the one below can barely sit with back straight. If the person staying upstairs turn, it makes noise and shakes.

This hostel had nothing to do with your fu**king booking just day before I have booked and when I went there to check in so said 3 pm and check out 10 Am whereas during booking it shows 2pm. Another thing if gust arrived before check in time must have the place to put luggage or rest said that one also don’t have even though you have money to pay also not possible it. Worst thing if you arrived before Same as me and want to go for pee or poo also not possible for you my dear gust.. and they asked 30 euro deposit in case you broke something during stay…. Wow such great place to come and spoil your day, mood and fckunig peace… 🙏🤬🤬🤬🤬 They have eaten my money that I paid during booking and poo 💩 already of my stay.. this fcking trip.com can’t even ask for refund as I am regular and reliable customer…

The pictures are deceiving! This is actually a hostel located in a residential building. The staff attitude was fine, but the room was basic and there was no heating. The worst part was no hairdryer, and they didn't even have one to borrow at the front desk... Honestly, speechless.
