I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and directly handed me all the room keys. Returning to the hotel at night felt just like going home ～. The hotel's location is also excellent—right outside the door is a commercial street, and the subway station is only a few hundred meters away. It's super convenient. If I come back next time, I will definitely book here again.

Excellent location with very friendly staff. Accommodation has an elevator for easier luggage transfer. Convenient supermarket next door. Cosy common area with coffee & cookies. Overall excellent accommodation for those looking for value, safety & cleanliness. Would stay there again as a solo traveler.

前台特別好，原本説下午兩點之後就不能入住了，因為我們火車晚了，前台等我們到十二點帶我們入住，酒店位置也很好去哪裡都很方便！從窗户往外看也很漂亮so nice

酒店地理位置很好，出行和吃飯都很方便，酒店所在大樓的大木門門牌實際是7，右邊有酒店名稱按鍵，進來後酒店在二樓，有電梯按1層，接待老哥很熱情，服務周到。
設施：相對比較新
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：酒店內有24小時免費茶水間提供咖啡茶水和小點心
服務：不是24小時有工作人員在，偏民宿類型的酒店，但是工作人員在店時間熱情周到，服務不錯！

You feel like you’re living like a local in a residential building. Rooms are basic, but clean. Sound-proofing is poor, so bring ear plugs! The en-suite is basic and the shower’s water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. The small kitchen has a fridge where you can store food and there’s a free coffee machine 24/7 which is superb to have. If you’re after a budget stay in central Madrid without any frills, this ticks many boxes.

the elevators are very small
They didn't give me the room shown in the photo, which was larger and had two windows. They gave me a small room with very small beds. And the elevator was too small, so my suitcases could barely fit.

Kind owner and personnel. Very clean and comfortable - good bed, small and modern bathroom, fine shower, etc.
Very central, quiet, easy to reach.
