This is my second time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. For some reason, when I went for breakfast, it showed that my room didn't include it. I showed them my English confirmation which clearly stated breakfast was included, and the front desk checked, but still couldn't find it in their system. However, they still let me have breakfast for free.

Perfect when having a layover in Madrid.It’s modern,clean and new.It smells really good too.Breakfast is great as well.I did some work in the lounge this morning and it was pleasant, as water and coffee are available 24/7.Water for free to refill your cup/bottle, while coffee is not free yet it is quite affordable (2$ per cup)

I booked one night at Zleep Hotel Madrid Airport before my return flight from Madrid to Riyadh, and the experience was excellent. The hotel is modern, elegant, and very clean, with a perfect location close to the airport. The price was very reasonable as well. The only downside is that no water was provided in the room, but overall it was a great stay and I would definitely consider returning.

The location is perfect for early flights or layovers, and the free shuttle service made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long travel day. Despite being so close to the airport, it was impressively quiet, and I slept without any noise interruptions.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with a shuttle service available for 5 euros. The bed was decent, but there was no complimentary water. There's a restaurant about a three to four-minute walk from the hotel, just across the pedestrian bridge, which seemed pretty good.

Important reminder: The hotel room had absolutely nothing, it was incredibly basic, far exceeding expectations! There wasn't even any drinking water! The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport; otherwise, it has no redeeming qualities whatsoever! The room was spacious and tidy, with modern and complete facilities. The free Wi-Fi signal wasn't very stable. This place is only suitable for a temporary stay if you have an early flight! Avoid this place. The 24-hour front desk staff were super enthusiastic, patiently and meticulously answering questions about directions and solving problems.
