Hotel location is good. Service is expected to be better. Reception is not very much responding . Also no kitchen service available though there are plenty restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Overall ok to stay for short trip.

Room service was very poor. Hot water not available. Rooms were not having intercom facility. Totally a bad experience. Supreme was one time most preferred hotel by all tourists. Not now.

Very bad experience. Never expected this from my earlier stay at this hotel. The maintenance is poor and it doesn't qualify for the money we pay.

Very bad. We not even stayed, they refused to give room. Poor response in reception.

Room did not have a clean look, toilet was very bad, broken toilet seat, no towels and toiletries. In fact, the towels were provided after 30 minutes of repeated requests. When i said i will not come again, the counter guy said don't come. That was the level of the courtesy extended.
