Very very chill place. Focus on wellness and just the right place to rest as nearby there isnt much things around. Dinner and breakfast were great. Turn down service was one of our favourite as they provided a beauty device for us!! Will go back if i ever need to find a place to just zone out and chill

The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. I purchased an additional massage package and enjoyed the private hot and cold spring bath, which was well worth the price. The accommodation is peaceful and the food is delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which added greatly to the overall experience.
While the property is a bit more expensive than some alternatives, we found it to be well worth the cost. The quality of service, accommodations, and unique experiences provided excellent value.
We are sorry that we couldn't get an elephant morning wake up call. I feel sad for the few people that complain and make life difficult for others and also for the elephants. I think the elephant enjoyed waking up humans. We were delighted to see a pair of Northern Thailand reindeer, which was an unexpected treat.
We are already looking forward to returning and were genuinely sad to leave. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others seeking a unique and memorable stay.
Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of our favourite stays, hotel staff gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout the stay. Location was good for seeing Mae Kampong and the nearby areas. They didn’t have car hire, instead they would run you to Mae Kampong and back for 600 baht. The rooms were nice and comfy and the included wind down massage was a god send after being on our feet all day. Overall a really good choice and very well valued considering the service. Would highly recommend

Convenience of check-in: Remote location, difficult to hail a taxi. Advance booking is very troublesome; if you can't get a taxi, the front desk can help you call one. It takes about an hour to get here from the airport.
Cleanliness: Quite rustic, with many ants and mosquitoes.
Environment: The hotel's highlight is an elephant. The cabins are very charming, but not very spacious. Recommended for one night's stay; there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby.
Service: The front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese, making communication somewhat difficult.

When we arrived, we did not realize that they had discontinued the elephant encounter. The owner / manager was so kind that he accommodated us with another elephant in excursion and transportation free of charge. The staff was super friendly and their rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway.
