The reception staff were excellent. Even though I arrived at 11 PM, they still led me to my room and showed me the available facilities. I booked the hotel, and the room was clean and tidy. The weather was unexpectedly cool; I didn't think it would be cold at night and in the morning. For breakfast, you choose from a menu, and it's served at your table. Overall, I'm impressed as always.

Amazing location with incredibly clean, fresh air. The staff speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The onsen was amazing, whether you choose the private onsen or the public one. Everything was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. I highly recommend staying here! I especially love that they include a yukata that you could wear around the hotel I brought my own but it’s very appropriated. 10/10 would come again wonderful experience Thank you

This is one of the finest hotels I have stayed at in Chiang Mai. Stepping inside feels just like being in Japan. The staff are warm and friendly with excellent English skills. There are many small animals wandering around, especially adorable rabbits! The greenery is beautifully well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner are incredibly sumptuous. One important reminder: be careful not to stain the towels. I got two towels dirty and was charged a fine of TH660.
