At the same time, we are sorry to hear that several aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations.Regarding privacy, we understand your concern about the location of the Pool Suites and their proximity to the pool area. As a small boutique resort, our design is intentionally intimate and closely connected to the surrounding gardens and natural environment. However, we appreciate that this may result in a different level of privacy than some guests expect, and we value your feedback.We are also sorry that your breakfast experience did not leave a stronger impression. While we are pleased that you found the presentation appealing, we regret that the taste and the level of attentiveness during your second orders did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage team for further review.Regarding photography during breakfast, our guideline is intended to protect the privacy and comfort of all guests, particularly in our intimate dining areas. We understand, however, that this may have been disappointing, especially when you arrived early and the restaurant was still quiet. We will review how this policy is communicated to ensure it is handled in a considerate and welcoming manner.We also appreciate your observations regarding our international guests and your expectations of service. Raya Heritage welcomes guests from many different countries, and our aim is to provide the same attentive and personalized hospitality to every guest, regardless of nationality.
