The room was clean and spacious, and the towels smelled fresh, not musty. The air conditioning was comfortable and cool. There was an iron and ironing board provided in the room. The bed was very comfortable.

The service is excellent, Fern is the one who makes me life easier, she allows me to cook in the room, bought new fry pans and even a peel and knife. They could send Grabfood to my room but I tried not to be a lazy bone. They have very reasonable laundry price, but sometimes I wash by my hands if there is only 3 kg. Thank you and your service makes me keep coming back to Chiang Mai. I wish you all safe in rainy season and good business in the year of horse. Ka

The hotel was in a very secluded spot. It was well managed and the swimming poolnwas beautiful and clean.

The service is great and staffs are friendly, the swimming pool is clean and offer free cloths for picture taking. However the induction cooker is not working.

The staff were lovely and the room was super comfortable! My only complaint is that the other guests were quite noisy in the pool. Even though I chose a room on the end, I couldn't escape the noise.
