Feel luxurious and comfortable- perfect place for us.  Nice gym and with restaurant very convenient. Beautiful hotel indeed.

New hotel, the superior rooms are pretty small, the door to the balcony could not be opened, beds were ok, breakfast was excellent, the swimming pool gets no sunshine and was very cold, not many people in the hotel, but very noisy around midnight and at 5 am in the morning, all the guests seemed to stay on the same floor - strange

All staff are kind, friendly and helpful.

For the service at this hotel, I would deduct some points. Despite being two to three times more expensive than nearby hotels, the front desk made no effort to retain guests. For example, there was no help with carrying luggage during check-in or check-out. In addition, when I requested a late checkout of just 15 minutes more, it was not allowed, and I was told that if I stayed even five minutes past the time, I would be fined immediately. If the hotel price weren’t this high, I would have accepted it but as it is, it really spoiled my mood on the day of checkout. Lastly, there was no shampoo provided in my room.

Very nice hotel in Maesot with friendly staff. The room was very clean comfortable. Breakfast was great. Also, the hotel has a very nice pool and gym.

In house experience is already very bad with bad training of FO, now Check Out SOP and training is poor too need more proper training.

First of all I asked for quiet room i am a night person, the housekeeping trolley in the morning is so noisy and it made so much noise and disturb me, I worked as Hotel AGRM Before, What is hotel SOP? Why change my wifi password suddenly after check out check in ? Inside opera aren’t you supposed to use my last name in the system? How come pong and pati ? How did you spell my name wrong? I am very unsatisfied with FO Services Need training. because of your wifi i lose connection and lose my appointment time and didnt know i was disconnected.

Like no other hotels in the region, the Teak is sophisticated in terms of atmosphere.
