Great location close to town stayed here a few times, definitely my good to cheap place in maidstone

Constantly great service from Charlene and her team. Swift check in, clean rooms and friendly staff. Perfect for business stays.

2nd time staying at this hotel, Just as brilliant as the first time. Charlene, Grace and Dominique were on duty during our time there. First night my son spilt water all over the double bed soaking it right through, Dominique was so understanding and got us replacement bedding effortlessly and understanding our embarrassment. Second morning we had a full fire evacuation around 8:30, Charlene and the team again were excellent keeping us informed, dealt brilliantly with people being very hostile and argumentative about the situation. Got us back as soon as safely possible. I highly recommend this hotel, not just because it’s clean and well presented. But because the team are brilliant and make that building unique. I will be back

This is a review of the Restaurant ant not the hotel. Our Veterans Breakfast Club hold our monthly meeting here at Maidstone Premier Inn. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Breakfast is always great. Lovely soft poached eggs..

Really good and local to the Town Centre, with plenty of pubs, restaurants and entertainment. Note that parking is available at the hotel with plenty of spaces but an additional parking fee (though discounted with a code from the hotel) is require as car park is not run by Premier Inn.
