Very nice

Food was very expensive. There was a lot of drunk people all times of the day

Shower was lukewarm, half of the item's on the restaurant menu was unavailable. Breakfast there wasnt much choice to the diner's who want fruit or pots of yoghurts. Was very disappointed for the amount of money paid

My stay was pleasant, the staff were very friendly

Had a lovely stay. Lots of Christmas parties going on so was very crowded and noisy but only to be expected this time of year. Good breakfast.

The room had very poor lighting so I didn’t have enough light for putting on make etc plus the heating wasn’t great.The bed was very comfortable so that was good and we asked for fresh milk a couple of times and the staff were always happy to oblige.

We enjoyed our stay and facilites.

Bathroom in poor condition with mould all around mastic joints. Very poor maintenance team. Food was terrible, dry and cold.

We were surprised to find out the gym and pool facilities are open to the public. We paid extra to have a room with access to them hoping to relax a bit in the pool or have a less busy time in the gym. Instead the flow of people heading down showed it would be VERY busy. Also for the pool they had set times for kids splash time, so if you were hoping to just do a few quiet laps you had to know those times. We ended up not using either gym or pool as it was much too busy. Pretty annoyed that it was posted up here that it was public access. Hotel is self check in, pretty easy to do. Breakfast was ok. My boyfriend had plenty to eat. As someone with celiac there were much less options. Seemed like there was plenty of food at the different times we went down and the staff were very kind. The room was very quiet. Pretty clean. Looked bigger in the pictures but it was fine. It was rather hot at night even with the heater off. The pillows were entirely useless. After a few minutes of use they were deflated lumps. I had to use some of my clothes to make it feel like I had any type of pillow. Barely got any sleep from the discomfort of heat and no real pillows. Bathroom/shower was clean. The waterfall shower head was wonderful. Very relaxing! Overall the hotel was fine. Id stay for a short trip but would skip for anything more than a night or two. I would not pay for the gym access room again. Wish that could have been refunded once we realized it was open to the public.

Reviews online were very good and pictures looked amazing. Come to realise it didn’t look much like that in person. The ceiling was peeling away and half hanging off, dust everywhere! Not even surface dust. Went to make a cup of tea with the mugs and spoons provided and thick with dust. Shower was gross. Shower trap was broken, the grime and mould was disgusting. Only had 2 hours sleep due to right above the bed is a fire alarm, it flashes so bright you can see it even with your eyes closed. It was so hot in the room, two fans wasn’t enough and of course won’t open the window as busy road noise. The bottom sheet wasn’t a fitted sheet and wasn’t tucked in enough as got into bed and it came up straight away. Shower is ok, not much water pressure but nice and hot. Shame no hot water in the morning. Didn’t have breakfast included, we added it on separately from the qr code on the menu from the room. Breakfast was ok. Everything needed much longer cooking wise. Tasted good but was quite cold and cheap. £10 per person. Not great but ok. Smashed my leg twice hard on the bottom of the bed, when in photos of the room I booked it shows a soft bottom headboard and bottom. I mentioned all this to the man in the morning who seemed to care, until he twisted my words and was patronising “Oh I’m sorry about that, for a little bit of dust” dumbing it down but really you have to be there to understand. There’s no mini fridge either. You need to be looking at travellers pictures to get an image

We were attending a party at the hotel and stayed the night Staff were great super hotel my only slight ****** was lighting in the bedroom could have been better but overall great

Nice room, clean all you need. 1 downside had to close window due to outside noise & smell of cigarettes/vapes coming in.
