The mattress was old and the room smells like cigarettes. The breakfast area was depressing

Esplendor is located in the Arena Maipu a ****** leisure complex some half an hour from Mendoza. As such it is blessed with amenities but not in the heart of the city. Nonetheless location is good for wineries.
The hotel is well looked after and run by excellent attentive staff. It was a pleasure being there and we will certainly stay there again.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room, or available outside of breakfast times. Room initially had no working aircon, no TV remote, although this was remedied. All TV channels in Spanish, no other languages catered for.

We stayed 5 nights and must say we are very disappointed with the overall experience. - room not clean on arrival - stray cats roaming the lobby. - very poor wifi, only works well in lobby area. - Found it difficult to communicate with majority of staff . English training required ! - Location not ideal. - Pool area ok ! - Room ok need to improve bathroom , ( shower is in bath tub leaking taps etc ) A below average hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ El hotel Esplendor by Wyndham Mendoza es realmente muy bueno, cómodo y sofisticado, pero lo que más se destacó fue el trato de la recepción por parte del empleado Fabricio. En todo momento se esmeró en proporcionar un servicio impecable a los clientes, brindando una experiencia increíble y acogedora en el hotel. Resolviendo diversas situaciones con interés, educación y, sobre todo, gentileza. ¡Felicitaciones al hotel por tener a un empleado de este nivel en su equipo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Esplendor by Wyndham Mendoza hotel is truly excellent, comfortable, and sophisticated, but what stood out the most was the reception service provided by the employee Fabricio. He consistently strived to deliver impeccable service to the guests, creating an incredible and welcoming experience at the hotel. He resolved various situations with interest, courtesy, and, above all, kindness. Congratulations to the hotel for having such a high-caliber employee on their team!

Nos hospedamos dos noches (viernes y sábado) y no pudimos dormir por la música súper fuerte. La habitación triple es muy pequeña y no tiene una mesa para apoyar.Por otro lado, el estacionamiento súper lejos de la entrada del hotel. Relación precio calidad MUY MALO

He participado en distintos eventos y en cada visita que realizo voy conociendo más este lugar. Salones amplios. Muy buenas habitaciones. Cordialidad del personal en todos los sectores. Respecto a los eventos y convenciones: Estacionamiento adecuado. Muy bien organizado y capacitado el personal. Limpieza durante la permanencia de las personas en todo momento.
