Free parking was extremely convenient, nice staff & spacious hotel room with everything needed including a good view. They listened to our request for a quiet room which was appreciated as well.

Spacious room with sea view, free easy parking, good breakfast but dinner included was so so especially the main course, so much dust inside room, the A/C was terrible with very strong bad smell, please improve and deep clean.

Friendly staff. Close to the ocean. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean

The hotel was old, and the rooms smelled bad. The electronic key didn't work, and we had to spend two people with one large key. Breakfast was quite good, but there were no lunch or dinner options in the hotel restaurant.

The room was clean, so I had no problems. Excessive service isn't necessary, but the front desk staff were unfriendly, which was disappointing.

When I used the jet bath, limescale floated up and it was disgusting so I couldn't use it. It was disappointing as I was looking forward to it. The side table was broken and it broke when I put something on it. It seems to have been repaired with glue, but it couldn't be used as a table. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel is far from the JR station, but it only costs 800 yen by taxi. Or take the bus from the train station to Daimon-dori Sanjo and walk to the hotel within ten minutes. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. I booked a sea view room, which even has a bathroom. Sea view. The room is spacious. It is a good choice to stay in Maizuru.
