Great stay, now feels like home

I stayed here for almost two weeks. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was disappointing. They only changed the blanket and pillowcases but did not clean the room. I also heard them knocking and cleaning the neighboring rooms, but when I asked for my room to be cleaned, I was ignored. I hope the management can improve their service so guests receive proper attention.

It is a nice hotel in a central location. It is about a 15 minute walk to a major mall and has many small restaurants close by. The area is residential, it is not touristy, but it is easy to take a grab anywhere. Staff is helpful ang friendly.

Understand this is a budget hotel, but I honestly didn’t expect it to be this bad. The linens had an unpleasant smell, the toilet and bath were very dirty, and there was no doormat. The sink wasn’t clean either. The AC was very noisy yet barely cooled the room, and the TV didn’t work at all. The service was okay, but the amenities were disappointing- probably the worst I’ve experienced in all my travels.

We had a late checked in and early checked out. The reception was excellent. There’s a complimentary water and toiletries

Decent, very approachable and friendly staff. Room is clean, internet is good.

Location is residential so ambiance would not be relaxing. CR are not clean - clogged toilet, drainage, incomplete toiletries, and not well maintained sink. TV remote control is broken - not even closed for using the TV. No elevator for heavy luggages. Good side - night shifter receptionist was very nice and accommodating I’ll give her a 5 star.

I had a good stay at Aden Hotel in Makati. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the price.
