It was so hard to check in and contact the numbers provided. We were delayed by 2 hrs for the checkin. The 1st person who replied wasn’t accommodating with the way they responded to our messages.

Quick response from host. Apartment is affordable and well located. Room and shower clean also a tv with netflix for when you get bored. Only downside is no amenities like shampoo or toilet paper. The bedsheets were also not very clean. But would book again if needed. Thank you!

The unit itself is spacious, and the bed is good for 4 pax. We enjoyed our stay here. However, the room could use more cleaning. There's dust on the floor as well as on the wall. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet, which is ok. But, when we requested a pale and a dipper instead, the caretaker said he was unable to provide them for us since they were used on the other unit. Overall, the stay is good, but a lot of improvement is needed.

I actually stayed there, but when I made a reservation through trip.com, the important room number was not communicated by trip.com even after the hotel's check-in time of 2 p.m., and when I checked at the hotel front desk, the reservation had not been received. Because I cannot speak English, I asked another relative who speaks English and Tagalog to call the trip.com customer center, and after about 40 minutes of waiting, I was finally able to confirm the reservation, and I was able to check in at the hotel lobby. This hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, and the first floor (G floor) has the front desk and other shops, the B2, B1, and 2nd floors are parking lots, the 7th floor has a place for billiards and table tennis for guests only, and the 8th floor has a pool for guests only. There is also a kids' pool, but instead of a changing room, there is a very large toilet. However, only two people can enter the pool, which is a little disappointing, but three people can go if you give a tip to the security guard. It's not allowed, though. And when I got to the room... The room that can accommodate a large number of people (in my case, I chose a room for 3-4 people on the 52nd floor. The top floor is the 59th floor) was a big miss.
