if you’re planning to unwind or spend a few days with your partner this property has all the things you need, the host is very proactive and accommodating.

It’s basically an Airbnb which is nice but there is no service, only door code and bureaucracy at the lobby but it’s nice

maybe shud leave some notes where is the area of amenities not only in elevator to read but inside the room also early check out late check in long time tk response and ready the letter of admission some gemstone staff are not talk and smile

I love everything about the place, its so clean and cozy. Everything is perfect. I hope to stay with here again.

I have stayed at SMDC Air Residences more than 5 times and usually enjoyed my visits. However, during my recent stay, I noticed issues such as cracks on the furniture, stained pillowcases, an unpleasant odor in the toilet (pee’s smell), and a broken door knob. I hope management will address these concerns to maintain the quality expected by returning guests.

The location is accessible and the owner is accommodating. It is a great place to stay together with your family or friends. I highly recommend this property for those who plan to stay in Makati.
