Everything went smoothly i was even upgraded to a bigger room. No noise, clean rooms. The cons are, the faucet handle is broken, the toilet seems to have mold spots that needs deep cleaning. The room doesn't have window

Overall was below average . Hotel was much older as compared to what was shown in photo. Location lack amenities. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly

I really loved the room and the service. Whenever I requested extra towels and a comforter, they provided them immediately. I also loved the jacuzzi inside the bathroom.

The room was big especially the bathroom. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and massage chair. Space is enough for 5 pax, both beds are huge. Staff was accommodating with our requests. The aircon was hot but it just needed some cleaning. There were no noise issue during our stay this weekend. Will book again soon!

The room was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was absolutely phenomenal. The space is great, but the amenities aren't quite up to standard—an additional wardrobe would be a huge help for guests staying a while. Also, the front gate being occupied by car parking made coming and going a bit inconvenient. One thing that left a sour note: I arrived for an early check-in around 6-7 AM. The counter staff charged me an extra PHP 600. I'm not sure if this is standard hotel policy, but in my experience elsewhere, if the room is ready, it's usually offered as a free gesture of goodwill. That would have made the service feel much more comfortable.

We are 4 in the room but the maximum is 5 in the room. We were only given " 2 " towels, 2 drinking glasses, 2 courtesy water, few pillows. The hot water on the jacuzzi did not work. It should be good for 4 people as we are 4 in the room. The 2 ladies on the front desk are not accommodating, not friendly and courteous.

Super accommodating and friendly hotel crews, guard and housekeeping. Super clean, will love to book again in this excellent hotel that feels like home.

Very clean place. Good restaurant downstairs. Complimentary water, slippers, tootbrush. Very noisy when the karaoke starts on lower floors. But they tell you beforehand.
