The hotel environment is really bad. The towels were dirty, and the hotel security guard was discriminatory. He was super deferential to Americans, even helping them with their luggage. Don't forget that Europeans and Americans who stay in this kind of guesthouse are often just regular people in their own countries, so why treat them so differently? I even got poked in the chest by a water bottle and felt uncomfortable for several days. You really deserve to go to hell.

Pretty nice stay cheap with amenities with refrigerator, water heater, microwave. Spacious and with parking as well. Hot and col is working fine on taps. Downside for me is the location since it's hard to book cars around makati to this place.

This place is great. So close to everything including the beach.  The people here are amazing, so friendly, and always welcoming. Anything you want, they will help you get it. At a good price also.

Cleanliness is 10/10. The room is good for couples. There was no blanket provided. I would suggest improving the laundry quality for the towels, as the white towels looked a bit dirty. Overall, our stay was really good.
