Very nice hotel got a free upgrade on room.The beds were comfortable.I had a nice swim and breakfast was excellent. Only water in room so no coffee or fridge.will stay again.

Great room! Spacious and clean, particularly appreciated that there’s a shower area and an extra bathtub in the washroom. It’s near all the nice malls and got all the convenience stores around. Ordered room service and they were all very delicious! Would book this place again!

This hotel definitely lives up to its five-star rating in Manila. Everything about our stay was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. Inside the room, there was a pleasant, fragrant scent, though the hallway could be a bit warm. The room itself was fantastic, with a spacious, American-style decor and all the amenities you could ask for. Since we booked a city view room, we enjoyed beautiful scenery at night before going to sleep. The bathtub and shower facilities were also excellent. The surrounding area was very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby. Overall, I'd give it a very high rating. When we checked out, the staff even gave us complimentary water. I think it's definitely worth staying here.

Excellent hotel to stay at in Makati! The staff were very attentive, and on the last day, after I had gone to Boracay, I realized that I had forgotten my jeans inside the hotel closet. I contacted them by email, and when I returned to Manila, I was able to pick them up. Very attentive and helpful staff!

City Grand Garden Hotel is excellent. The service is great, the rooms are very clean, and the rooftop bar has an amazing view. It’s in a very central location, surrounded by restaurants and bars.

It was a nice hotel with a great view! Actually the waiting time for elevator is very long due to having 2 elevators only. For a such a high hotel it’s not enough. Anyway it was clean in the room, so we’d like to recommend it.
