Ramada Encore Makati

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally polite. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh food although some food is quite bland for me, and the central location is very accesible to major city landmarks. We would gladly return! 🩷

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Manila offers a mostly pleasant stay with supportive and attentive staff, though some room maintenance details need attention. The service throughout the stay was commendable, and the team was exceptionally helpful. When I experienced a couple of room issues—specifically a tight bathroom/room door that was difficult to open due to seasonal expansion and an air conditioner that leaked water overnight—the staff immediately offered to let me change rooms. While I appreciated their promptness and chose to stay put, guests shouldn't have to face these kinds of upkeep issues in a hotel of this international brand standard. That said, the team handled the feedback professionally and listened attentively, so I hope these maintenance fixes are made for future travelers. Overall, a decent location with great service, but room quality control needs to match the brand name.

Very disappointing experience at Ramada Encore Makati. I was first assigned to Room 204, The floor was wet, the carpet was soaked, and the chair was extremely dirty and stained. The room looked poorly maintained, almost like a blocked or unused room. This is not the standard I expected from a hotel. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. Then moved to Room 608, but the issues still continued. There were previous hairs on the floor, and the room was not properly cleaned.

Hotel is good. Stay is comfortable. I like breakfast and food. Staff so friendly.

We stayed at Ramada Encore Makati for 10 nights with our family, and overall, it was a great experience. The amenities are solid and very accommodating for families. The service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A few minor areas could use a little updating, but it was a comfortable and pleasant trip. Would recommend for families!

The hotel was okay for the price. Amenities such as gym was standard and the roof deck had a nice view. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was out of depth. Via car not too far to the mall/shops but walking about 15 minutes. The lower floors can be a bit noisy but staff are accommodating of your needs. Wifi was very poor.

Very accommodating and madaling kausap ang staff. They were helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

The place is actually near to Airport and easy access to other town. 1 Room with 2 Beds which way better since travelling with a teenager.
