The location is excellent. There's a shopping mall and plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's very easy to get a taxi to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean, and having laundry facilities was a huge plus. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel’s location is great. There are restaurants and shops in the area. The room is is clean and well maintained. View at the pool is perfect. Breakfast can improve a bit.

The location of hotel in CBD is very good. There is a sheltered walkway to Greenbelt, which is a large shopping complex with many restaurants. Traffic in Makati can be very congested, so having everything within walking distance makes the location very convenient.

I recently had a staycation at this hotel and overall, I had a great experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is also very convenient and easily accessible. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was well prepared. There were a few areas that could be improved. The room did not have the fresh, clean scent that I normally expect from a hotel. The sink was clogged, there was only one roll of toilet paper provided, and the trash can lid was not working properly. In the bathroom, only shampoo and conditioner were provided. While there was soap available, it seemed intended for handwashing and there was no separate body wash. Despite these issues, the outstanding service made a big difference. The staff's professionalism and friendliness truly stood out and made the stay enjoyable. I would consider staying here again because of the excellent customer service.

The location is excellent, and the rooftop bar with its amazing view is simply amazing. The room was very clean, as were the hotel’s common areas. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast  was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Makati. Thank you!

The staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and practical and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar. They had various options for breakfast and we really liked the omelette and noodle bar stations. Other food choices could have been better. We weren’t able to use the pool due to the poor weather but we liked the hotel. The location is near convenient shops and local coffee shops, eateries and pharmacies.

Nice staff, room itself was well maintained, but there is room for improvement on bathroom maintenance. Overall, nice and convenient.

Friendly staff, good location in Makati and not far from BGC. Convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Our stay was alright. Situated in a good location with a mall just next to it. Very friendly staff and response rate is outstanding. However, the breakfast buffet is very poor, very limited options and does not taste great. There needs improvement.
