I love staying here. Very relaxing and generous staff and FOs. They always help me on my needs. Will definitely coming back!😁

The location is good and I appreciate their rooftop but i think they should improve their amenities as upon checking in the towels that was set up in our room looks grayish already. The staffs are nice and kind though.

The room is dusty, I request for late check-out with fee and the receptionist said it was available but after few hours she knook on our door to inform us that we need to check-out at 12noon

Internet was so slow and sporadic. 7mbps, they’re on prepaid wifi. I complained and they replaced the PREPAID wifi modem thrice, not even sure why they would think it would resolve the issue. Are the other modems faster? lol.First day was not tolerable, i just requested to move us in a different room because we really needed internet and the only fix was to have a room with a window to the outside, so we can just use phone data. The signal of my phone on our first room was so bad it was just 2 bars. They accommodated my request. They gave us a SMALLER room which I did not mind anymore since we really needed the internet. The room I transferred to was DIRTY. There was a PUDDLE OF WATER on the side of the bed near the electric outlet!! Not sure where it came from if it was a leak from the ceiling, at that point I just didnt care and did not expect anything from the hotel anymore to even complain. We had to put down the mattress on the floor so we could just sleep comfortably and with a peace of mind. The ac was just as bad. They have smart tv and a ubox to offer netflix and other streaming services but it was NON-EXISTENT because of their crappy internet. We stayed for two nights. Pictures were nice on the internet with the murals but thats as far as it goes! Second day we DID NOT HAVE INTERNET AT ALL because they failed to top up the modem, i complained around 9pm and it was only fixed at around 1am they had to top it up because the INTERNET EXPIRED. LOL. Shower has hot and cold indicated but HOT NEVER WORKED. Rooms and elevator looks WORN OUT. The lobby and reception area was HOT there wasnt any ac. The elvator was also HOT it felt like an OVEN every time i enter. DONT STAY HERE, there are a few hotels nearby with the same price range that are far better. Staff are friendly and accomodating except for one guy who didnt feel like working. Location is nice near a 7/11 and good food and a mall just a few blocks from the hotel but then again there are far better hotels with the same price range in the location.
