Good location, easy to find everything , close to the shopping malls

Just like a budget hotel back home, everything was good. The surroundings are great, with a park, the Imperial City scenic area (not far), a museum, large shopping malls, restaurants, massage parlors, KTVs, and a bar street (about 2 km away). It's super convenient for leisure, shopping, and spending money! My room faced the street, and I woke up every morning to the roar of motorcycles. You might want to choose a room not facing the street.

This was my second stay at Jinjiang Inn Makati and my stay this time was even better than the first time I stayed here. The hotel is easy to find and there is a convenience store and bank less than a minute's walk away. There are attentive staff who are very quick to help with whatever you may need. Our check-in process was quick and our room was superb. The room was large and exceptionally clean. The linens were freshly laundered and our room had nice extra touches like robes and several sizes of extra towels. My wife loved the personal care kits and the lighting in the restroom. The noise level was extremely low and we slept very well. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the short walk to SM Makati for our shopping. We ordered room service for our dinner and breakfast from the restaurant in the hotel and the food and drinks were superb. I highly recommend the apple and walnut salad! Overall, the hotel is reasonably priced, the facilities are large and very clean, the staff are superb and responsive, and the service was exceptional. This is where my family and I will stay on all trips to Makati in the future. Highly recommended!

Had a comfortable stay at Jinjiang Inn Makati! The location is excellent, with Greenbelt, Glorietta, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and public transportation all within walking distance. It made getting around Makati very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our visit. For its price, the hotel offers great value and is a great choice whether you're visiting for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Makati.

Location is really good, newr greenbelt glorietta. People are polite. They just have to replaace the phone inside the room

Good location, Friendly and helpful staff but rooms were dark and no view. On my first day , I was assigned a room facing the road and near electric power transformers. I requested to change room and the staff kindly assisted me to move to another room on my second day. However the room got no view and no natural light. The towels are worn out good thing I have my own towel. Also no liquid soap provided. But good points for the staff and excellent location.

Accommodating staff, they processed my request for early check in despite that that the request was made upon arrival.

The hotel's hygiene was pretty subpar, and the staff's attitude was awful. They falsely accused me of smoking and then threatened to detain me and fine me 3000 pesos.

This is my second stay at JinJiang Inn. It is clean, affordable and extremely well located near the Green Belt malls etc.it does not have the extra features of a 5 star hotel (pool gym etc)that I rarely end up using, so it suits me fine. The staff are well trained and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Great location with easy access to transport, perfectly blending ancient capital charm with modern comfort. The rooms are clean and elegant, with pleasant views from the window. The service is attentive and thoughtful; every staff member, from the lobby to the guest rooms, is warm and polite. The local cuisine is authentic and delicious, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay in Jinjiang Inn. The room is clean and quiet. I definitely had relaxed after a day’s activities. All the staff are nice, polite and accommodating. Absolutely worth staying.

It's a okish place... Bathroom is very clean, beds good but room interior quite old... Good for one night but not for longer stay
