I'M Hotel

Do not be fooled by the 5-star rating. The hallways smell moldy, the walls are stained, and the rooms feel cheap with peeling wallpaper and loose vinyl flooring. The beds are uncomfortable, the TV doesn't work properly, and they don't even offer complimentary bottled water. The hotel pool is nice but the view is 1/10. The spa services which are included are a joke, there is a bunch of fully naked oldkorean dudes due to their no clothes policy in the jacuzzi. Service was another major issue. The front desk staff appeared visibly irritated, offered fake smiles, and talked behind guests' backs whenever a request or complaint was made. I spent two frustrating hours trying to move to an acceptable room, and management completely ignored me until my booking agency had to step in. Service is unhelpful and passive-aggressive. Staff ignored my requests for a clean, proper room for two hours until my booking agency intervened. The only upside is a flexible visitor policy and you can bring any visitors without questions asked, but that doesn't save the experience. Save yourself the headache and book the City Garden Grand Hotel across the street instead.

The front desk staff Joyce is so patient and smiles all the time. We warm and welcoming. Nash is super helpful and polite. Definitely be back again and will definitely recommend the hotel.

Hotel cleanliness needs to be improved and hotel looks a bit old. Customer services are very good. Location is good also but can be very jammed.

I love this hotel since you can go to the onsen spa as a hotel guest. It’s so clean and spacious. The pool is also unique design and we love it. There was a bathtub in the room as well. I had a 10 minutes complementary massage before going to Onsen last night. It was great. Thank you!

Had a great stay here! It was slightly jarring at first due to the intense traffic during peak hours, but the hotel facilities and excellent service made it quite comfortable. The buffet breakfast looks good but I think the food quality could be better

The hotel is nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that guests are not allowed to use the hotel’s amenities, common areas, or even the hallway for a debut photoshoot before heading to the event venue. For a hotel that welcomes guests celebrating special occasions, this policy feels unnecessarily restrictive. I hope the management will reconsider it in the future, as allowing simple photos in these areas would make the experience more memorable for guests without causing much disruption.

The room room is big and spacious. Convenient location easy to access to shopping mall and restaurant. We enjoyed the steam & sauna. The next day we tried the massage and got 10% discount for hotel guest. But the musty smell in room so strong especially when the aircond off. Im dissapointed when i went to the toilet there still something inside “p**p” residue. After i flushed, i informed the receptionist to send someone to cleaned the toilet. I hope next time hotel will improve and check it before others guest to check in the room.

Great location in makati with access to lots of bars and restaurants and not far from the airport. Room is spacious and clean with good facilities. Pool is great with good bar service and relaxing seating areas. Staff are helpful and service is good.
