Good to live, service good.

The room was clean and good enough for an overnight stay, it has the basic amenities. I only have a comment to the male receptionist and the attendant the night. I booked a room with queen size bed but the receptionist was insisting a room with 2 single beds and even ask me "Hindi nyo ba kayA maghiwalay Ng higaan sir?" Which I totally find annoying. 2nd, the remote control was really hard to press. I'm not as critical about it because I have a phone to watch anyway but I tried it to make sure that it is functioning properly as I don't want them to charge it to us in the end so I go down to ask them to replace it with a well functioning remote control. Both staffs during that night seem don't want to be disturbed while watching something on to their phone. They make face and make me feel that they are not willing to assist me. Morning staff was better though.

The hotel is good but,it’s residential area, the grab and taxi can’t find it easily, the staffs is good but One lady staff before our check out the television it’s not connected in WiFi because of their software problem and she called from reception to our room asked me a stupid question! “Ma’am may ginalaw PO na kyo dyan? Bakit Kya nagkaganyan iyong tv? It’s like suspected us that we touched something and broke the television.My husband know how to fix but we don’t touched,we called them first to fix it but they couldn’t fix it because They don’t know that it’s a software problem,so my husband fixed it by himself afterwards.

Location is not good but the hotel is clean.

Location of the hotel is not convenient. It is located remotely inside a small-one-way area. Not serving any foods, no elevator.

We were not able to stay in the hostel because when we arrived, the receptionist informed that the room had electricity problem and they could not accommodate us. We were not even informed before hand. It was a stressful experience especially for someone who just came from a 24-hr flight.

🌟🌟🌟This hotel is the best branch so far as we’ve been to a few RedDoorz hotels this year. Complete amenities (cabinet, microwave, fridge, kettle, utensils, toiletries) friendly staff and my request like room with balcony was provided on top of it being squeaky clean. The only minor concerns we had was the location at first, if you don’t know the area and you assumed it’s near BGC it’s not, the taxi dropped us off quite far due to the road construction. But then we found out that, there’s a commute from Guadalupe MRT to J.P. Rizal highway taking Pateros-bound jeepney. We’re not able to access Netflix movies via smartTV as there’s a limit to the account and also the hot shower is way too hot and low water flow. But after all, it’s an awesome 👏👏👏 experience thus recommending for couples who just want a quick and quiet escape from household routine or generally for tourists/guests who want reasonable rates and comfortable perks.
