Prince Plaza II Condotel

It's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly

Love the stay! Very near to Greenbelt and felt very safe. There's also a 7/11 downstairs and subway!

I don't recommend anyone to stay here. Perfect location, that's all... Elevator, you have to call and wait, sometimes takes 20min because there is no call button, if you are lucky and elevator is passing by perfect! Otherwise 20min. 3 days stay they never intend to clean the room... Staff is friendly, that's all...

Good location. Almost central of everything. Few steps away from malls, convenience store and beauty salons. The building is old and rooms need some enhancements. There is only 1 working elevator for the whole building serving 25 floors. The second elevator is being replaced  and will hopefully be done end of 2026.  However, we need to call to make them aware we need the lift so they can go to our floor to get us. The staff are very attentive and friendly and are doing their best to help and make our stay comfortable and easy.

The elevator wasn’t properly functioning. It’s inconvenient to go down coz I needed to call the guard and waited long.

Hotel needs a complete reconstruction not just renovation. As I learned from unit owners the replacement of elevator takes ages. Absolutely not deserving the money paid. On the positive is the location. Exactly next to Green belt and few minutes walk to Ayala triangle park. Many thanks to the staff that managed to stay positive and polite although working under those conditions!

This property enjoys an excellent location; however, cleanliness is a significant concern. The room had a strong dusty odour and felt unclean, and I encountered cockroaches in the bathroom on more than two occasions. The amenities were also insufficient. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Friendly and efficient front office staff. Check in was fast and quick. Room was good size with all amenities for cooking , heating your own meals. TV had adequate coverage of English and local channels. 7 Eleven convenient store was located next to the condotel. Ample shopping and restaurants were availableat walking distance. Green belt five was at 2 minutes walking distance across the road. Grab taxi pick up and drop off was very convenient. Grab food delivered to the front desk and was coordinated efficiently.

Kinda old but had a good stay at the heart of Makati.
