It was good its a nice place for a single person to stay and nearby are many restaurants!

The staff were very attentive and accommodating, making our stay smooth and pleasant. The room was perfect for me and my child — clean, spacious, and well-prepared. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had both hot and cold options, which was great. Overall, a wonderful stay and we truly appreciated the excellent service.

For its price it is a really good deal. This hotel is nice and clean and has all the features you need for a comfortable stay. They have free to read books too.

The location was perfect; we were within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do. Each room in NNS feels homey and very cozy, that's why my cousin don't want to go home. But what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional staff. We extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Jayson and Ms. Nicole for their warm smiles and assistance with our luggage. Mrs. Donna deserves special recognition for her engaging personality and ability to connect with us on a personal level, making us feel truly welcome. A huge thank you also goes out to the housekeeping team, Mr. Peter and Mr. Wayne, for their efficient and friendly service in getting us settled into our room. We also want to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Angelo and Mr. Aldin from the GY shift for their prompt and helpful responses to our requests. Staff are very freindly specially in the receptionist nicole and the other lady wearing red t-shirt age 50 plus . They're all smiling . Good job!

stayed here for 4 nights and feel very safe and secured as there was security 24/7. Staff are very friendly and is located quite near makati avenue!! highly recommended

I originally booked for 2 nights stay, I liked the hotel, so I stayed another 3 nights and used it as my hub to travel around Manila. The room and bathroom are clean and tidy, the staff friendly and helpful. The room has air conditioning, kept it cool, but was noisy. I enjoyed my stay.

superb location if you'll be bar hopping in poblacion since the area is pretty walkable, room had a weird shower layout but you can still shower. my room had a weird smell, some hints of cigarette smoke. they only have a regular tv so people who want to watch youtube or netflix might skip here unless they offer it at different rooms. staff were accommodating and friendly, highly recommended. will book again!

Nice work with the cleanliness

This hotel is good value for money. The location is good just in the middle of poblacion. The room was clean and had a good smell. However, at night there were many small bugs coming out.

Its not the newest hotel but staff are kind.close to pobla for a night out. Conenience stores are near too.
