Very friendly staff. Purely! A rare hotel in Manila where there are no ants. Excellent location: 25 minutes walk and you are in the heart of BGC. The original layout of the room. But the toilet lacks a sink. I have to shave and brush my teeth over the toilet. Another small minus: a deposit of 1500 pesos is required upon check-in. I found out about this late. And I lost a lot of time looking for an ATM, the nearest normal ATM was 15 minutes away.

Not recommended. Very bad service. I was book the hotel some weeks ago, but 2 days before the check-in, I'm informed by the hotel that I can't be accommodated by recon issue, and they will allow a free cancelation. However, I contacted the ******* to cancel and refund, but they told me the hotel denied it, and contacting again the hotel, they told me I need to tel to the hotel to do the cancelation, what don't makes sense, as they canceled by their failure. This was the worst experience I have in a travel, and make sure I will never book an OYO group hotel again. Not worth the effort.

Avoid this deceitful hotel! Booked this hotel via the Oyo app but got charged twice, once by the hotel in question, and once by their sister hotel Oravel Stays Singapore. When I raised this serious issue with the check in receptionist, she just laughed it off. The bedroom was very small. There was no toilet paper in the bedroom.No complimentary free bottled water worse of all the Air conditioning wasn't working.

Neighborhood roosters and dogs all day and night long. Windows are not sealed, they are folding windows. Staff is really nice. There is a rat in the kitchen.
