This hotel gave a tip top services from the staffs with clean n big room. They are very polite and helpful. Verities of breakfast n free flow of non alcohol drinks served at the lounge. Location is very good with many mall surrounding the area. Makati is very safe area to walk around. I'm so happy through out my stay & definitely will choose this hotel again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Raffles Hotel in Makati, Manila. Room rate includes afternoon tea and free drinks in the evening. The room had high ceilings and the bathroom was clean and large.

It was better than I thought Actually, I live in BGC, but I went on a staycation. It was adjacent to the greenbelt and the room condition was good. I plan to use it again next time There are two breakfast options, so they are delicious and there are Korean staff at Inception, so it was convenient.

Very good customer service, very good massage, the food in the 9th floor restaurant for breakfast and lunch is also very delicious, afternoon tea ☕️. I hope to have the opportunity to visit Haimo again next time.

Very superb service from our entrance to check out. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for. The room is spacious, clean and sublime. We had our welcome amenity and birthday mini cake and fruits since it’s my son’s birthday. The room has a receiving room and a mini dining area. Bed is so comfortable to sleep at with soft bed linen. The bathroom is my favorite, it has a bath tub with the city view with separate toilet and shower room. Everything is so manicured and detailed like you were in the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. We had our afternoon tea set and cocktail hour which includes on our package. My kids love their pastries and savory goodies served on their afternoon tea set while me and my partner had their unlimited cocktail for 2 hours. Must try is their Singapore Sling. One of my favorite too is their swimming pool. There were only few people like we have it all by ourselves. The water temperature was just right, not cold and they have this heated water kids pool which is so awesome. After we swim we had our dinner at the lobby and the food was superb. They also have a bar located at the 10th floor with a great view of Makati business center. The hotel shares their fitness center and spa with Fairmont. We had a very comfortable sleep. We had a choice for breakfast, its either to have a buffet at Spectrum (shared with Fairmont guests) or Mireio which is an exclusive restaurant of the hotel. We opt for the latter since we have tried Spectrum several times. The Mireio only offers buffet for breads, pastries, fruits and some healthy options and we have to choose one main course from their menu. I had beef tapa which i find it small serving. Its ok because, i got full with their breads. Checking out was so fast and since my son is an Accor member so we feel very priviledge. By the way the hotel is just a few meters away from Greenbelt Mall, Landmark and Glorietta. This is now my new favorite hotel. If you want to splurge and feel like a VIP, then dont think twice to choose here. The place is all by yourself, not crowded, just you and your love ones.

Really enjoyed my stay here. All of the staff were really nice and the rooms were beautiful. Good pool, especially for exercise swimming. In short a solid luxury hotel that delivers on what they set out to do. Will definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in makati.

Awesome amenities, food, drinks and staff! Shout to the following: Nikki, Gail, all Front Desks, concierge and the awesome bands! My most favourite breakfast experience ever started with the best arroz caldo in town and finished off taho and battirol!!!

My husband & I stayed in Raffles as part of our anniversary celebration. We had a warm & hearty welcome. The room was filled with cakes, wine and greetings for our anniversary. We are very pleased with the space and comfort of the room. Bed & pillows felt luxurious! Breakfast has the usual assortment of pastries and fruits on buffet. The warm/ main items are on the menu, a la carte system. This might not be for everyone but we prefer it this way. Plus, everything on their menu is well made, delicious and good quality food. Our room comes with the afternoon tea and the sun down cocktails. Great choices of both sweet & savoury items for tea time. Great options also for cocktail time with cannope inclusion. There’s gym, swimming pool & spa areas. This hotel has everything. And walking distance to good malls & restaurants in the city. I cannot say it enough, the service is immaculate! All the staff are so friendly and always making sure you have everything. We travel around the world for work so we have a fair share of hotel experiences. Not only it exceeded our expectations, it’s probably the best hotel we had in terms of overall experience, most especially the service. Definitely coming back when in Manila.
