Не могла дозвониться и дописаться до отеля перед тем как заехать в него, по приезду ( 4 утра !!) Ресепшн который работает 24 часа был закрыт !!! Я стучала минут 10 никто не открывал, позвонила в соседней отель этой же сети сказали что сейчас дозвонятся и позовут администратора.Также в номере было очень холодно и тонкое одеяло. В итоге никаких извинений, испорченное настроение и никакого сна!

Хорошо отдохнули, главное что удобная кровать. Новый душ. Цены в целом подходят этому отелю. Второй раз сюда не вернусь, хоть и понравилось. Есть фен, что очень удобно для меня. Парковать свой автомобиль не очень удобно, поэтому и не хочу сюда ехать

Останавливался на сутки. Организовали встречу и трансфер из аэропорта. Находится в центре города. Все красоты в шаговой доступности. Жил на 8 этаже. Номера очень большие. Все есть. На 10 этаже неплохой ресторан. Там и завтраки. Континентальный. Вариантов много. Вкусно как дома. И панорама на город. Рекомендую.

Тот редкий случай, когда первое впечатление оказалось ложным. Вход в отель удручает, подьезд дома, лифт , ресепшн на 9 этаже. Это тот огромный минус, остальное все плюсы Отношениеперсонала подчеркнуто вежливо и доброжелательно,номера большие и удобные Завтраки вкуснейшие . Белье отличного качества.

Мы благодарим отель за заботливость и участие персонала, чистоту в номерах и хамам. Удивительное разнообразие завтраков. Прекрасный ресторан и внимательные официанты на 10 этаже отеля - ресторан на веранде. У моей подруги в дни прибывания был ДР и было приятно получить презент - свежие венские вафли с традиционным шариком мороженного на завтрак. Мы довольны пребыванием. ... А из окна нашего номера ночью была видна неоновая реклама на улице Казака) и наг просторный номер мы называли наш маленький Лас Вегас) Спасибо за прием. Единственное пожелание - побольше тюбиков шампуня)
