Emaar Al Khalil

This was honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no hot water at all during our stay. The bathroom was extremely small, so small that you could barely move inside it. The room had three beds squeezed in with no space to walk properly. It felt cramped and uncomfortable. There were flies everywhere, including in the bathroom, which made it very hard to sleep. The hygiene standards were unacceptable. Reception was completely unhelpful. I called several times and no one answered the phone. When we did speak to staff, they were rude and dismissive. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised on Trip.com. The images are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. It feels like false advertising. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good and clean hotel ! 15min walk to 79 Gate. Bathroom is a bit small, but worthy for what we have paid

Dirty room with dust everywhere like nobody stayed here for 1 month. Dust on hangers, inside wardrobe, table-top. Bathroom flush wasn’t working, no towels were provided. After complaining 3 times, they sent someone with towel and fixed the flush. Bathroom in dirty conditions with dirty scratch on the floor. Substandard overall
