This hotel is close to the Kaaba and offers great value for money. The staff are friendly, and there are even some who speak Turkish... a sensible stay.

Very nice hotel with around 15 minutes of walking to the haram, shuttle available but with no fix of timing, nice plays to stay during umroh, the morning breakfast morning lack of choice, not to the high standard of 3 star hotel, but overall the stay was fine and good as it give you pleasure of stay and easy access.

Hôtel location is ok , 5 to 10 minutes walking to haram , everything was near ( restaurant, pharmacy etc …  Room has clean and services is good

The location is quite high up from the Haram, but the hotel itself is good and the services are good. The food is average.

Hotel a short 15 min walk from Haram but there is a slope to go up when you come back to the hotel. Not too difficult for teenagers and young adults but might be an issue for old people and young kids. Food options available around the hotel. Check-in could be faster.

Shuttle Bus Service: The shuttle bus service was the worst part of the stay. The buses were extremely crowded because they were not limited to hotel guests only. This made it very difficult to use the service comfortably, especially during peak prayer times. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast was below average with very limited variety. The options were basic and did not meet the expected standard for a hotel stay in Makkah. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to transportation issues, and limited breakfast options. I hope the hotel management addresses these concerns to improve the guest experience.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the Haram. The reception was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The room was very noisy due to poor sound insulation from the walls. Also, the window handle was broken, so I couldn't open or close it properly, and the sound insulation was non-existent. You could hear street noise as if you were sleeping outside. I requested maintenance, and they said, "This is how it is, we can't fix the window, and all the rooms in the hotel are like this." Also, when I first arrived, the room smelled terrible, but I called reception, and they changed the bedding and pillows.
