Great service from the moment you walk in . Clean and new. Location is good 12 mins walk to the haram. Value for money in comparison to what you pay for in closer proximity

Comfortable and clean room, 25 minutes walk to Haram and shopping centres, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food.You can book half day if you need to or after check out they are welling to store your luggage for couple of hours. I recommend this place and would love to come again.

The room had reasonable space, pillows were very thick and stiff though. Bathroom had strong pressure head with shampoo and shower gel. Coffee and tea option was there. Iftar buffet had a variety of warm meals and salads. Staff were very efficient in replenishing the food and clearing out tables as well as welcoming guests despite the extreme crowding due to the timing ( last ten days of ramadan). Location was good close to supermarkets, it was a 30 minute walk to the haramein.

Excellent place to stay, extremely clean compared to others within the same neighborhood, also enjoined dining there. Checking and checking out process was flawless and swift.. we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ghaidaa at front desk who went far and beyond to get our room ready swiftly

Property was good about 30 minute walk to the haramein. Rooms were clean, good size, coffee and tea as well as complimentary water. They did have a laundry bag which was misleading as they do not have that service. Our room had a nice view of the clock tower. Bathroom was in great condition excellent water pressure, two types of shower heads. There was shampoo and body shower provided as well. The Iftar buffet was ample there was a big selection of hot meals, also a big selection of salads, desserts and beverages. Both tea and Arabic coffee was available. As this was a very busy time last week of Ramadan, so very crowded but restaurant employees were very efficient greeted people nicely and offered them tables. Plates were cleared out right away so that you can go for another round to the buffet. Buffet was replenished right away. All in all it was very good.

This hotel is not far from the Haram which is very suitable I recommend it highly.

Worst service ever .. worst food ever .. rooms is very small .. receptionists are not professional and even very rude Only good location other than that everything is bad .. Team is not helpful and even when I complain the bad food they didnt even say sorry!

Vacations at Makkah could be a dream. But staying at a hotel down the street - from where you can view the Clock of the biggest clock tower in the world is a dream come true. Only 20 minutes walk away (depending on your speed) or 5 minutes drive, and you’ll be in Harem. What you expect from a hotel room after an physical exertion is a cozy bed, healthy a**osphere and finest sanitary products; and of course coffee! Trust me that’s all you need after a long drive or flight. (I’m not kidding but you won’t feel the jet lag in their beds). Three Points Musalli was not a hotel of the Clock Tower, however it maintained its standard. Despite parking being an issue, there was nothing that could disappoint you. There were elevators that were on time, services just a call away, coffee shop, guests washrooms, and a wide seating area. I mean what else do you need? I’ve been to many hotels, and yes Swiss or Pullman Zamzam may be a part of Harem, but that doesn’t mean they were the best. Their rooms were pretty much squeezed (sq ft) and the services are never on time; plus their wifi have proxy so you can’t access every website. And it’s only because they are 5-stars, hence BUSY as hell. They are heavily populated with tourists. However, the Three Point Musalli is only 3-star but the size of the rooms, interior of both the rooms and bathrooms, plus the services provided literally make it better than 5-star. Honestly, after living in the 5-star hotels, I don’t believe the at we should rate any hotel with stars since each of them have their own pros and cons. But I give Three Point Hotel 100 golden stars. It deserves it.
