This was a good choice nice rooms up to date furniture and bathroom only thing no telephone in room if needed any assistance not far from haram about 15 minute walk or you can take the free shuttle bus which was helpful as you will get tiered

Hotel Management refused to peovide the room services because Room is booked by other company in cheaper price and Services are not included in the price. It was shocking for me to heard such feedback. No free car park there, No phone service, in the middle of every night, fire Alarms are ringing that spoil the sleep in the holy month of Ramadan.Room sizes are very smal, washroom accessories are damaged and broken, It was pathetic experience overall. Will not come again to this property.

I stayed at Nawazi Towers Hotel in Makkah and overall it was a good experience. The location is excellent and very close to the Haram. You can reach it easily on foot within a short time, which is very convenient. However, it can be difficult for elderly people. The road to the hotel is very steep. As you walk, it feels like you are climbing a mountain because the slope becomes harder and more tiring the closer you get to the hotel. For young people it is manageable, but for older guests it may be challenging.

Very good amenities including supermarket, shops, cafes and barbershop. Location: Good for going towards Haram within 10-15 minutes walk. Take the Bus on return because of uphill doable by walking but bus preferred . Best value for money during busy period like Ramadan.

The service less than zero You feel no any employer do there jop in the hotel only the person who ask you yo move snd check out @!!! When i arrive the Hotel recption Mr. mohamed told me no reservatio for me and leave me without any help for 10 minutes ?? I give them my booking ref No. They told me the same no room for me. Reception told me contact customer service Trip com i told him ok give acses to Hotel internet. He answe ihotel internrt not work now !!!i after more than 30 minutes a person not wotk in hotel but work in tuttst comoany he have acout on TRP.COM so he used it and can found my room in 1 minut !!!! The hoel have not account to accses in Trip com. Can you emagin that @!!! The percon in recibtion was very. acts rudely, dismissively, and arrogantly. I asked another one about his nane told me Maged But he give me wrong name to avoid complain the correct name mohamed and he look fat After get ny room no tee bag no water. No suger or coffe. Nothing Try cal recption and room service until i caheck out no answer .....@!!my rooom was 340 Acualy the hotel clean and good furniture but service zero finaly no one in hotel do his jop spcialy reciption

Not clean I reserved room 4 beds changed by 3 beds Only the location is good

Good hôtel, great place great location. Great stay I liked it
