We stayed at Emaar Almanaar for our first Umrah as a family, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable enough for us to rest well after performing our rituals. What made it special was the helpful staff from bell boys till Restaurant & house keeping who were patient with our family's needs. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat in the holy city. We are leaving with full hearts. *************!

This hotel, as usual amazes me every time I stay here. Though it’s 10 min walk from Haram (no heights) but the price, amenities and above all staff’s behaviour make it worth it. I would recommend inducting staff who is at least bilingual for better communication. From bellboys to cleaning staff they are amazing. Reception lady was a bit rude at the time of check-in for that matter I had to see manager afterwards but overall the stay was 10 out of 10.
