The only pro this hotel is the location. It's 10 mins walk from the haram. The room itself was very unpleasant. There was a bad odor, one of the beds was rock hard so we couldn't sleep in it. The toilet was disgusting. There was yellow water coming from the shower which itself was covered in rust. There were cockroches and other bugs in the toilet which also stank really bad.

Very, very bad. The water is cut off. They've put a bucket of water in the bathroom. The cleanliness is poor, and there are insects. The reception staff were unhelpful and informed about the water issue, but they just told the guests it would be working soon. The property owner has been contacted.

The hotel is very close to the mosque but highly unkept. Very dirty, fruit flies flying in the washroom. No room and house keeping. The entrance is very dirty as well.

Excellent hotel for closeness to the Haram. Staff is helpful and help you with anything you require. Hotel is decently clean. Rooms are quite spacious.
