Very comfortable hotel, very friendly staff & good services, the are a mosque facility for guest to pray for those who do not have time to go Masjidil Haram especially for Subuh prayers. Have good shuttle bus facilities for the convenience of pilgrims

Second time staying at this hotel. Everything was wonderful – the service, facilities, and the check-in process was easy and fast. Shuttle buses to Masjid al-Haram are available all the time. What's truly amazing is that the hotel offers a free Ziyarat tour to historical sites in Mecca every Tuesday.

Very Bad Internet Connection: No internet in the rooms, you can go to the specific corner of the lounge to get the wifi connection. Spacious place. House keeping service is very good. Bus to Haram 24hours except Fridays ( last bus will be 8:30 am and then again starts from 1:30 pm ) Quiet place.

Perfect shuttle service, always available and drops at Kudi Station (behind clock tower). Great service and room was very clean and spacious. Free parking is also available, but basement parking is very conjusted.
