Elaf Qinwan Hotel is the best! The hotel is nice, clean, fragrant, and quiet, with no crowds. The distance from the hotel to Al Haram is a bit far, but they provide a 24-hour shuttle. You just need to keep an eye on the shuttle timings, especially on Fridays. The shuttle drops you off at Jarwal, but it's not the same spot as other shuttle buses; it's exclusively for Rawahi shuttles. From the shuttle parking, it's about a 10-minute walk to Al Haram, but it doesn't feel that long because there are so many people around. The walk has a slight incline and decline, but even elderly women with walking sticks manage it steadily, which makes us younger ones feel a bit ashamed! In front of the hotel, there's a market selling daily necessities, including fresh bread for just 1 SAR. Buy two slices, dip them in 3-in-1 coffee for breakfast – it's filling! Next to the market, there's a mosque, so if you can't make it to Al Haram, you can pray congregational prayers there. And next to the mosque, there's a shopping mall, haha, it's quite complete. To the right of the hotel, there's Syifa Hospital, which is the hospital for those using Al Khairi care, but it's for inpatients. For outpatients, it's near the clock tower. Further to the right, there's an Arabic rice shop that looks a bit quiet, but the food is decent. I bought a quarter chicken Mandy for just 11 SAR. The Kunafa was 6 SAR and even tastier than Romansiah's, hahaha! What else, what else, hahaha. Anyway, Elaf Qinwan is definitely suitable for those who prefer peace and quiet, no crowded lifts or shuttles, even though I visited during peak season. And most importantly, the price is affordable. I took a couple's room, it had 4 beds, and the hotel was still spacious. I went DIY. Just one picture... I returned to the hotel right after Subuh prayer when many people were heading back, but the bus was still not crowded, huhu.
