The hotel is walking distance from harram and the breakfast was really good only in the biggining they had a problem to find my booking and it was bit slow but everything else was good

A very nice and clean hotel, located close to the Haram. The food is delicious, and the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and cleaned daily. Highly recommended.

Managing my reservation was unnecessarily complicated and inefficient. both before my arrival and during my stay. It proved very difficult for the staff to organize my stay in a single room without having to repeat the same process several times. It simply didn’t make sense. forcing me to repeat the same procedure multiple times was difficult to understand and rather disappointing.

we were told The location was suppose to be good but it turned out to be a nightmare for us  as all roads to the hotels were closed over night without any warning given to us we almost missed our flight as no taxi or transport could reach the hotel we had a baby and elderly parent who requires wheelchair and she was not given anything and we were made to walk for 20 mins just to find a taxi and our luggage was stuck we nearly made it to our flight. I would never stay at this place again terrible service.
