Good service, nice hotel. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. Everything else was great!

An unforgettable stay at Raffles Makkah Palace. The Panoramic One-Bedroom Suite with Kaaba View exceeded all expectations. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Holy Kaaba was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The suite was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Service was exceptional, breakfast was excellent, and the direct access to Masjid al-Haram made our Umrah journey incredibly comfortable. Worth every penny for the view, comfort, and memories. We would definitely stay here again, insyaAllah. ❤️

Excellent, clean, and the service was amazing, especially with the mosque nearby. They also have a gym, sauna, etc.

Very friendly, top-notch service, everything was in order, but it cost €965.

Overall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner. Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest. Appreciated and thanks.

The reception area and the number of staff are completely inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. The staff themselves are friendly, but the waiting time to check into the rooms is far too long.

Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable.
