Millennium Makkah Al Naseem

The worst hotel ever, they walk in your rooms even if the DND sign is on. The receptionist changed our room a few times! The lady at the receptionist was highly rude and arrogant. The GM didn’t even have the decency to enquire so we had to go back to whom we had booked from. As soon as I came back and saw the room was open, we called the receptionist numerous times and it was a complete disaster!! Upon leaving the receptionist had an attitude as if we stayed the two nights for free!!! I would not recommend this hotel! At any cost Stained carpets! Stained bedding! House keeping cannot even give a toilet! No toothbrush, earbuds nothing just two shampoos were left and toilet paper and soap! No water was given only on the first day and upon asking! Everything was a total mess. Especially the from desk, you get paid for your job, you don’t work for free!!!! It’s a basic cheap stay!!!

From service to cleaness, all matched our interest. We will stay again in next visit

The hotel was very good and clean, stuff was friendly, near the hotel there are a lots of shops and restaurants

I booked executive room & expect a great amenities , the toilet is way too small.I arrived in Makkah early and sent an email two days before my arrival if I Check in little early but the hotel appear to be clueless about my request. The receptionist can speak fluent English witch is great for Non Arabic speaking guest.
