Pullman ZamZam Makkah Reviews

The housekeeping was terrible. They never sweep the room and also dont change the bedsheet always. Everywhere is dusty and they dont have praying mat  or even qur’an in the room. We have to call the for housekeeping despite leaving the tag on the door when we go out of the room

The location is superb, very close to the Haram. The service is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious, especially the salmon – I'll miss it. My favorite hotel!

The location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the high price. When we arrived, we were given a room with a very unpleasant smell, and we also found the room door was left open. We requested another room, and although the second room did not have the same smell, there were still several issues. The bathroom was very old and had a leaking problem. Basic personal-care amenities, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, were also not provided. Another major disappointment was the Haram view. When I booked the hotel, the room was advertised as having a “Haram view,” which I understood to mean a proper/full view. However, the view we received was only partial and quite far away. When I asked the hotel about this, I was simply told that they do not have rooms with a full Haram view. This should be made much clearer in the booking description so guests know exactly what they are paying for. Apart from the excellent location, I did not find anything particularly special about this hotel that would justify its high price. For the amount paid, I expected a much better room, better-maintained facilities, and more transparency about the view. Overall, a disappointing experience and not good value for money.

We had a good experience staying at this hotel. Its location inside the Zamzam Tower is excellent, and the overall service was great. The only minor downside was that upon check-in, there were no slippers and not enough towels for two people in the room. However, the staff brought them as we requested them.

The room was clean and spacious, the service was friendly and excellent, and the food was delicious.

Excellent location very near to Haram Direct view of Kaba once you are out of clock Tower

We stayed for 4 nights and we loved Pullman Zamzam Mekkah. The room, food & service were good. Easy access to Masjidil Haram (mataf, 2nd floor & rooftop) and you can hear Imam voice in your room. And everything you need (restaurants, shops, laundry, many services) is all in Zamzam tower. We got unforgettable event for our kids, it was a free Cooking Class in Friday noon. They loved it. Thank you Pullman Zamzam Mekkah for making our Umrah with kids so much easier

It’s a good location and i will always booked here when im going to mecca , but the only my concern is the lift , omg . It’s takes a long time to reach to the level .

This journey looks like a truly memorable experience. The combination of beautiful places, new surroundings, and the moments along the way is what makes traveling so special. It’s not only about reaching the destination, but also about discovering something new, experiencing the local atmosphere, and bringing home memories that stay with you long after the trip is over. 🌍✨

************* everything is good. Theres a great variety of breakfast options and were incredibly happy with our room.

The friendly and ever helpful staff. The delicious breakfast. And most of all the convenient distance to Haram 🕋🤍💚

I would recommend the stay here for the proximity to haram. However, house keeping needs to do better. Our sheets were not changed for days we had to complain twice. They apologized and fixed up.

Very nice hotel, perfect location, room provided with haram view

A hotel that's not worth the money. Only the location is good; there's no other reason to choose it. There are other hotels in the same location for the same price; definitely choose one of those. I will never stay here again if I return. The room is like an apartment, with a sink right next to the bed. The air conditioning is very noisy. There's a strange smell in the room, probably from recent painting. In the bathroom, there's nothing extra to make life easier besides towels. The restaurant is insufficient for breakfast. During busy times, the elevators are inadequate, and there's a lot of waiting.
