Good place and very near to alharam also the breakfast was excellent

Great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent and very convenient for the Haram, and the service from the staff was great. Amenities were good as well, although there’s a little room for improvement. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

This hotel was excellent, clean and friendly staff. The housekeeping team was very accommodating and welcoming. Above all it was very close to the Haram 2-3min walk. King size room is not very spacious, but it was enough for a couple. Hayat Regency Jabal Omar is now part of my list of hotels to use in Makkah insha'Allah.

A really close hotel to masjidil haram, only takes 3-4 minutes walking to the umrah gate. The hotel was super clean and well maintained. The service was good from the entire staff, especially from the restaurant. The breakfast menu was varied and tasty. It has separated gym rooms between male and female, which is very good.

All of the services were very satisfying. Whenever we ran out of drinking water, we simply asked the hotel staff, and they kindly provided us with more. We were also allowed to check in early, which was very convenient. The hotel is very child-friendly, and we really appreciated the warm and friendly service from the staff.

Excellent hotel, close to the Haram. All services are conveniently located nearby, with a shopping mall and food court right under the hotel.

Late check-in is a big issue. This is the only hotel in the world that tells you to leave and come back to ask if your room is ready before 4 PM. The reception staff are just fobbing you off. It would have been much better if they had told us straight away that early check-in before 4 PM was not possible, or at least said they would call us when the room was ready. The lobby is full of dust between the chairs and under the tables. You can't even get into the restroom or the prayer room without a key card. The service was incredibly frustrating.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Makkah so far. Breakfast every morning was beautiful. The hotel lived upto expectations. It was also located perfectly right next to the entrance of the main gates. Will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely hotel and staff who were very helpful. The location is ideal and despite the temperature outside being over 40, our room felt pleasant even without AC at times. Thanks.

Nice location . But at the day of check in Hotel server was very very slow due to this it takes 2 hours to take a check in which was very painful.
