The hotel is beautiful, and everything about it is great, especially the reception staff. It's also very close to the Haram, just a few meters away, right down to the Haram courtyard.

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 night stay at Elaf Kinda for Umrah. Its convenient location near the Haram gate and various shops greatly eased our trip, *************. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The rooms and bathrooms are very clean i really appreciate it The receptionist is helpful and kind The bellboy and all staffs there also nice and helpful I like everything in this hotel but it will really nice if they have access to car/taxy parking because i had problem with that but the staff helped me a lot Thank you

The location just a couple walk from masjidil haram. It was superb. We do really like the service of the receptuonist team. They did handle the guest well. Unfortunately the room is too small, it's hard to open 2 big suitcases. Perhaps, the management hotel should provide email & whatsapp just like other hotels do. So the guest can reach you by email / whatsapp.
