Very nice hotel and receptionist was very friendly Clean rooms with good amenities. There is a gym and pool. Location a little bit far from Haram but there is a bus to take you there Will definitely come again

Except a good breakfast, this hotel rooms are outdated old, found bed bugs and unpleasant odor. Manager helpful to change to another room but still have bedbugs.

I stayed 3 days, and nobody come to clean. I ordered so put no respond. Room 1056 the door’s light is broken. TV channels are so limited. I know it was a vacation and crowded people, but that shouldn’t prevent taking care of their guests. Comparing to it’s price, I give it 4 of 10 And I don’t recommend it in Vacations and Ramadan.

Phenomenal Hotel, was genuinely shocked, looked like a palace walking in, lovely place, great location, right next to Masjid Al Qatari, super close to the Haram and extremely affordable. Overall my expectations were blown away, great room, great hotel, great price, great experience. I highly recommend.

Had an issue at first at Check in but was resolved by trip.com Generally the hotel is nice, clean with good service Has a shuttle service from and to the haram but not reliable

Room is very clean room service is good hotel ambiance very good but shuttle bus service is dropping far from Haram 10 to 15 minutes walk
