Hotel is good but the location is a little far from the Haram and at prayer time mostly buses are not available.

Nice hotel, 9 towers in total. I like the idea that each tower has everything you need from a shopping center to restaurants to all other things. One negative thing that the buses during the pray time were few and I waited for long time to get one but away from the pray times you can easily find one. Room is good in space and the bath too.

Overall, I had a good stay at voco Makkah. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel offers good value for money, and everything was well organized. The only downside was the shuttle service. It wasn’t always available on time, and we often had to wait longer than expected. Other than that, everything was okay, and I would consider staying here again.

I came here by car, and one thing I really love is the spacious parking area with plenty of availability. We also received great assistance from one of their staff members, which made our stay even more comfortable. From my room, I could enjoy a beautiful view of the Zamzam Tower. Even from the main road, the VOCO Makkah building is clearly visible because it is actually very close to Masjid al-Haram. Although we didn’t need to walk, the hotel provides a shuttle bus service for pick-up and drop-off. Whenever we arrived at Ajyad Terminal, the VOCO bus was always ready and waiting to take us back to the hotel in the Misfalah area. I highly recommend this hotel. The price is affordable, but the service truly feels like a five-star experience. I love it so much 🤎

The location of the Hotel is good and the services also.

Unpleasant stay. Had to pay extra fees to get our booked double bedroom. Was not happy this time. They advised us to book via *********** rather than Trip.

Hotel is bit far but walking is straight to the haram around 17/20 min . Food was great , room is bit smaller:)

Hotels shuttle service is brilliant cleaning wise it is average not the best overall not a bad experience 

We had a very nice experience at the hotel. The shuttle service was also good. The only issue was that they didn’t accommodate breakfast for all our guests . The breakfast was also very good
