It is nice place little far away from Haram 30 min walk. Bus service to Haram good but way back challenge. Used only one time then used Taxi. Breakfast is good too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help.

If you are looking for 5-star hotel in budget, this is your hotel. 2.5km from Haram, shuttle available, can also walk 25 minutes.

I travelled all the way from Northern Ireland and can confidently say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The level of hospitality was absolutely non-existent. The female staff member at reception, in particular, was incredibly rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful. Her behaviour showed zero sense of professionalism or even basic humanity. I strongly advise future guests not to be misled by the hotel’s star rating, based on my experience, it barely deserves two stars. The reception alone left a lasting negative impression that overshadowed my entire stay. This was genuinely the worst engagement I have ever had with hotel staff, and I would never recommend this place to anyone

Great service. Distance was quite far even with a shuttle but overall a really good hotel.

It was indeed a great stay. I am looking forward to book again for Ramadan umrah trip.

One of the best hotels away from haram. 5-star facilities and cost effective. Breakfast choices were great and staff was courteous.

Recommended hotel and location for private umrah, hajj staycation

no warm water when we checked in & even after complaining they send technician to fix & it took one whole day to fix although my expectations was the hotel with this standard have more professional approach & services

We book half board package. Food was ok. Compliment with hotel fee.
