Makarem Umm Al Qura Hotel

Assalamualaikum. My name is Nur Dalilla from Malaysia. I love everything about this hotel including small mart at lobby, all souvenirs shop at lobby. The people were very kind, helping me in any cost. Everything were super amazing! The buses and shuttle provided was super excellent!! All the staff were very kind ! Thanks to receptionist counter staff, thanks to kitchen staff, even the cleaners also we veryy kind!! I love them so much! Thanks to Siddiq and another his friends because helping me to keep my luggage and thing during i performing umrah before check in and after check out. Hebba receptionist calming me during my check out because im crying to say goodbye to Makkah! Everything was super AMAZINGG!! I definitely will come at this hotel again. 🤍🤍🤍

Hotel was very nice. The staff was good and main thing They have a free parking. And is next to the Harram well as you come out from the hotel they have a free shuttle bus as well.

It was a nice and standard hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with many delicious options. The free shuttle to the Haram is convenient and always available from the hotel. However, returning from Makkah can be challenging due to heavy crowds at the bus stop, with waiting times up to 40 minutes. The area is crowded and not well organized, which can be difficult for women, elderly guests, and children. Overall, the hotel stay was excellent, but the shuttle service management could be improved.

The hotel was up on a hill. We stayed a day before eid until eid. No shuttle was available from the haraam. Taxi was charged 50 riyal for 1 km ride. Crazy! One of the guard is not helping with the shuttle bus. We followed the schedule given, but no bus turned up and the guard blame us saying we didnt notice the bus despite waiting for more than 30 minutes. Maybe this place is okay if its not peak season, if its peak season, please consider other places

Good hotel, the  location is rather far from the haram but the bus service was top notch (when it worked!) We had a good relaxing time with lots to do. The breakfast was also really good. Fab stay, will use them again.

The staff of the reception is very impolite. The bath room is dirty. The room rate is too high for this hotel quality and compared with noughbers hotels. I haven't find any single nice thing to say about this hotel except one foreign worker in the concierge he helped me. But the reception people disappointed me a lot. Very rude and impolite . The first we meet in the hotel is the receptionist, the hotel must care about this. Also the tools of the shower room are not good. A very poor shower

I asked for an iron more than 20 times, but nobody brought it. I also asked for towels multiple times and did not receive them. In the last three days, no one has come to our room for cleaning. This level of service is very disappointing. A person called Ashraf Saad was also very rude and unprofessional. When we complained to him, instead of addressing the issue, he started shouting at us.

It has been a wonderful stay didn't expected it that i would be upgraded so easily They said they had some issue with sync with trip.com but still they allocayed and didnt required to contact trip.con
